Join us as we kick off Bike Your Neighborhood’s fourth season with purpose, movement, and celebration! Pedals & Pride is a Juneteenth community ride co-hosted by the Thea Bowman Center, with special guest Mayor Justin Bibb.

In honor of Juneteenth, we’ll celebrate Mt. Pleasant’s rich Black history and legacy with a leisurely 9-mile ride through Buckeye-Shaker and Mt. Pleasant. Along the way, we’ll uplift stories, landmarks, and the cultural impact of African Americans in Cleveland—guided by Bike Your Neighborhood and the Juneteenth Freedom Riders.

We’ll ride at a relaxed pace (no rider left behind!), with two featured stops, including the Thea Bowman Center, creating space to gather and reflect. More than a bike ride, this event will include multiple bike giveaways, food, artists, and opportunities to connect with neighbors and partners.
